A Bit About Me
Through the healing power of creative expression, the magic of imagination and human connection I strive to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to explore emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. My trauma-informed, client-centered approach blends creativity, emotion-focused work, and body awareness to support meaningful healing, in a collaborative manner.
I hold a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapies (Drama Therapy) and a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy from Concordia University. I’m a Canadian Certified Counselor (CCC) and a professional member of the ACNN, with 4 years of targeted clinical experience.
I support all ages dealing with trauma, effects of trauma, anxiety, anger, depression, relational difficulties and domestic violence. Through creative modalities like drama and play, as well as talk therapy I strive to help clients express what’s hard to put into words and move toward growth with a sense of confidence, compassion and care.
