A Bit About Me
Life transitions, grief, caregiving, and relationship stress can leave us feeling untethered, disconnected, and unsure of how to move forward. When life feels heavy or uncertain, having a space to feel understood can matter deeply.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from McGill University. I work with adults and couples navigating emotional overwhelm, communication challenges, relationship stress, and periods of change or loss.
I specialize in supporting caregivers of loved ones living with dementia or facing end-of-life illness, individuals experiencing anticipatory grief, and those navigating identity transitions.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and informed by narrative, strength-based, and solution-focused perspectives. I offer a warm, grounded space where we can make sense of what you're carrying, explore practical coping strategies, and move toward a path aligned with your values and strengths.
